We charge a flat rate delivery fee of $8 per order
Deliveries are made weekly on Thursdays
Your craft ice will be delivered directly to your freezer in a single layer plastic bag with 20 cubes. The bags are easily stackable, allowing for efficient storage without damage to the cubes.

When ready to be used, allow the cube to temper for about one minute before adding liquid (amount of time varies depending on the ambient air temperature). By tempering the ice, you avoid cracks forming when liquid is poured over it. Tempering also gives the ice a chance to recover clarity from any frost that may have formed after being stored.

Filtered water is placed in machines that use a specialized freezing method resulting in blocks of ice that are perfectly clear, hand cut, packaged and delivered to your freezer.

Our standard King cubes are named in honor of Jane King, Richmond’s first ice businesswoman from the 1870’s.
